This easy candy corn bark with white chocolate and pretzels is a salty-sweet, crunchy-chewy treat that comes together in just five minutes. Perfect for Halloween parties, movie nights, or last-minute festive snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces (about 2 cups) white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pretzel twists, roughly crushed
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • Optional: flaky sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Place pretzel twists in a ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin or heavy glass into small pieces (mix of fine crumbs and pea-sized chunks). Set aside.
  3. Put white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until mostly melted (about 1 to 1.5 minutes total). Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour melted white chocolate onto prepared baking sheet. Spread into an even rectangle about 1/4 inch thick with a spatula.
  5. While chocolate is still wet, sprinkle crushed pretzels evenly over the surface. Scatter candy corn on top, pressing gently so they stick.
  6. Place baking sheet in refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes, or until chocolate is completely firm. Alternatively, let set at room temperature for about 1 hour.
  7. Lift parchment paper off baking sheet. Break bark into irregular pieces with your hands.

Notes

Don’t overheat white chocolate; microwave in 30-second intervals. Work quickly as white chocolate sets fast. Use fresh candy corn for best texture. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For freezing, layer pieces with parchment paper in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months; thaw at room temperature before serving.
