These Easy 3-Ingredient Nutella Brownies are fudgy, rich, and unbelievably simple, made without flour for a gooey chocolate treat that’s quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (300g) Nutella
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Place the rack in the middle for even heat distribution.
  2. Line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with non-stick spray.
  3. Crack 2 large eggs into a mixing bowl and beat with a whisk or fork until light and frothy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add 1 cup (300g) of Nutella to the eggs. Microwave Nutella for 10-15 seconds if needed to soften. Stir until the batter is glossy and uniform.
  5. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon baking powder into the batter and fold gently but thoroughly to combine.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, checking near the end. The edges should be set and the center fudgy with moist crumbs on a toothpick.
  8. Cool completely for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Optionally refrigerate for 15 minutes to speed cooling.
  9. Slice with a sharp knife warmed under hot water for clean cuts and serve.

Notes

Do not overbake to keep brownies fudgy. Beat eggs well for better texture. Warm Nutella slightly to ease mixing. Cool brownies completely before slicing for clean cuts. Optional add-ins include nuts, chocolate chips, or cream cheese swirl.
