A quick and easy snack featuring corn on the cob coated in a flavorful garlic parmesan butter, cooked to crispy perfection in the air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob, husked
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced fresh
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. Using a basting brush, generously coat each ear of corn with the garlic parmesan butter mixture, covering all sides.
  4. Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer with space between each ear. Cook in batches if necessary.
  5. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through with tongs to ensure even browning.
  6. Optionally, brush more garlic parmesan butter on the corn after cooking and air fry for an additional 2 minutes to lock in extra flavor.
  7. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan sprinkled on top if desired.

Notes

Preheating the air fryer is recommended for best crispiness, but the recipe still works without it. Watch the corn closely near the end to prevent burning the Parmesan. If butter thickens, warm it briefly before brushing. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to maintain crisp texture. Leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer at 350°F for 4-5 minutes to restore crispiness.
