This creamy caramel apple cheesecake dip is a 5-minute, no-bake dessert that tastes like cheesecake without the effort. Made with simple pantry ingredients, it’s perfect for fall gatherings and guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 23 medium apples (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Granny Smith), for dipping

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese: Take cream cheese out of fridge 20-30 minutes before making dip. Unwrap and cut into cubes on a plate to soften faster. If short on time, microwave in 10-second bursts on low power until soft but not warm.
  2. Beat the cream cheese: Place softened cream cheese in mixing bowl. Beat with hand mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes until completely smooth with no lumps. Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl halfway through.
  3. Add brown sugar and vanilla: Sprinkle brown sugar over cream cheese and add vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed for another minute until well combined and mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Add cinnamon and salt: Sprinkle cinnamon and salt over mixture. Beat on low speed just until combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in caramel sauce: Reserve about 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce for drizzling on top. Pour remaining caramel sauce into cream cheese mixture. Use spatula to fold in gently, creating swirls rather than fully mixing in.
  6. Transfer to serving bowl: Scoop dip into serving bowl and spread into even layer. Drizzle reserved caramel sauce over top. Optionally add flaky sea salt and extra cinnamon.
  7. Prepare apples: Core apples and slice into wedges about ¼ inch thick. If not serving immediately, toss with lemon juice to prevent browning. Arrange around dip bowl on serving platter.
  8. Serve immediately: Best served right away while cream cheese is still cool and caramel is glossy. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Let sit at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Let cream cheese sit out until truly room temperature for silkiest texture. Don’t overmix caramel—fold gently to keep beautiful swirls. Dip tastes even better the next day as flavors meld. For best results, serve with apple slices, graham crackers, pretzels, or shortbread cookies.
