This easy candy corn bark is a no-bake Halloween treat made with just three ingredients: white chocolate, candy corn, and pretzels. Ready in under 15 minutes, it’s the perfect last-minute dessert for parties, bake sales, or a sweet craving.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz (about 2 cups) white chocolate chips (e.g., Ghirardelli)
  • 1 ½ cups candy corn (e.g., Brach’s)
  • 1 cup mini pretzel twists, lightly crushed

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, letting it extend slightly over the edges.
  2. Place 1 cup of mini pretzel twists in a zip-top bag and gently crush with your hands or a measuring cup to a mix of small pieces and larger chunks. Set aside.
  3. Pour 12 oz (2 cups) white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir. Microwave for another 20 seconds, stir. Repeat in 15-second intervals until mostly melted with a few small lumps. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds to melt remaining chips. Do not overheat.
  4. Pour the crushed pretzels into the melted white chocolate and fold gently until every piece is coated. The mixture should look chunky and uneven.
  5. Scrape the chocolate-pretzel mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread into a rough rectangle about ¼-inch thick using the back of a spatula.
  6. While the chocolate is still wet, press 1 ½ cups of candy corn into the surface. Arrange in clusters or scatter randomly, pressing gently so they stick.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely firm and no longer shiny. Alternatively, let set at room temperature for about 1 hour.
  8. Once set, lift the parchment paper off the baking sheet. Break the bark into irregular pieces with your hands or use a pizza cutter for cleaner edges. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate chips for smooth melting. Avoid white baking morsels labeled ‘vanilla-flavored’ as they may not set firmly. Crush pretzels by hand, not in a food processor, to retain texture. Let bark set fully before breaking to prevent candy corn from falling off. For best flavor, enjoy on the second day. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months.
